Amanda Hall is a Student Wellness Counselor for students in the biomedical sciences. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist-Associate, and received her BA from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and Masters of Social Work from the University of Minnesota. Her professional interest include adjustment and resilience, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Amanda uses a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the client’s needs.
